The Ricardos’ best friends and landlords, Fred and Ethel Mertz, frequently find themselves in the middle of Lucy’s outlandish escapades. This edition is more like a best of the best compilation. COVERT AFFAIRS: Season Five – Universal

SUITS: Season Four – Universal

CANCER: The Emperor of All Maladies – PBS

Ken Burns’s latest film examines cancer with a cellular biologist’s precision, a historian s perspective and a biographer’s passion. It is the longest running war in human history. Fought with razor-sharp scalpals, invisible rays, and lethal poisons, its battlegrounds are deep within the human cell. The story of the war on cancer spans centuries and continents. Cancer: The Emperor of All Maladies, based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning book by Siddhartha Mukherjee, tells the complete story of cancer, from its first appearance in the fossilized remains of dinosaurs to the gleaming laboratories of modern research institutions. The film interweaves a sweeping historical documentary; with intimate profiles of current patients; and an investigation into the latest scientific breakthroughs that may have brought us, at long last, to the brink of effective treatments.

TEACHERS – Olive Films

The educational atmosphere at John F. Kennedy High School is far from ideal. One teacher has a desk that keeps disappearing another is an escapee from a mental hospital and a third is frequently bitten by his students. Not generally the typical fodder of the public school system, but this is an all star cast and a tremendous story to boot!

WOLF HALL – PBS

Follow the meteoric rise of a man who becomes King Henry VIII’s closest advisor. Tony® Award-winning actor Mark Rylance (Twelfth Night) and Emmy® and Golden Globe® Award-winner Damian Lewis (Homeland) star in the miniseries adapted from Hilary Mantel’s best-selling Booker Prize-winning novels: Wolf Hall and its sequel, Bring Up the Bodies. Mark Rylance is Thomas Cromwell, a brutal blacksmith s son who rises from the ashes of personal disaster, and deftly picks his way through a court where ‘man is wolf to man.’ Damian Lewis is King Henry VIII, obsessed with protecting the Tudor dynasty by securing his succession with a male heir to the throne. Told from Cromwell’s perspective, Wolf Hall follows the complex machinations and back room dealings of this pragmatic and accomplished power broker who must serve king and country while dealing with deadly political intrigue, Henry VIII’s tempestuous relationship with Anne Boleyn (Claire Foy, Little Dorrit), and the religious upheavals of the Protestant reformation.

THE JEFFERSONS: Season Seven – Shout Factory

Join George and Louise in their dee-luxe apartment in the sky for the seventh season of their hit sitcom, The Jeffersons. A groundbreaking series that mixed hilarious comedy and social commentary, The Jeffersons remains an all-time favorite thanks to its terrific cast (including Sherman Hemsley, Isabel Sanford, Marla Gibbs, Roxie Roker and Franklin Cover) and unforgettable theme song. THE BOY NEXT DOOR – Universal

Jennifer Lopez leads the cast in The Boy Next Door, a psychological thriller that explores a forbidden attraction that goes much too far. Directed by Rob Cohen and written by Barbara Curry, the film also stars Ryan Guzman, John Corbett and Kristin Chenoweth.

THE MENTALIST: Season Seven – Warner

The FBI’s masterfully manipulative criminal consultant Patrick Jane is back for the seventh and final season of the clever crime series. Formerly employed by the California Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Jane spent two years off the grid and in exile after tracking down and exacting vengeance upon Red John, the serial killer who murdered Jane’s wife and daughter. After crafting a deal to work for the FBI, Jane convinced former CBI agent Teresa Lisbon to join him. Supervised by the no-nonsense Agent Dennis Abbott, Jane and Lisbon work alongside their former CBI comrade Kimball Cho, FBI analyst Jason Wylie and the young, ambitious agent Michelle Vega. Now that Lisbon and Jane have confessed their love for one another, they must find a way to be partners in both their professional and personal lives as they begin their new relationship.

FROM A WHISPER TO A SCREAM – Scream Factory

Doug Harris (Josh Gad) is a loveable but socially awkward groom-to-be with a problem: he has no best man. LORD OF THE FLIES – Olive Films

The adventures of a boy named Wally Trollman and his pet dragon, Norville. This program is educational and is perfect for the entire family!

BOY MEETS GIRL – Wolfe Video

Boy Meets Girl is a poignant, sexy, romantic coming of age comedy about three twenty year-olds living in Kentucky. Robby (Michael Welch, Twilight) and his best friend since childhood, Ricky, a gorgeous transgender girl, have never dated. Lamenting the lack of eligible bachelors, Ricky considers dating a girl. In walks Francesca, a beautiful young debutante waiting for her Marine fiancé to return from the war. Ricky and Francesca strike up a friendship, and maybe a little more, which forces Robby to face his true feelings for Ricky.
